Significance of this Temple:
"Sri Padma Chakram"
- the presence of this makes it very special feature of this temple - it is a mystical yantra or a diagram or a mandala. No other temple in the world has it and this "Sri Padma Chakram" is said to bestow complete blessings of Mahalakshmi with abundant wealth and prosperity. The one who is severely suffering from Financial Debt (having lots of loans) problems must visit once in his lifetime to this temple and offer prayers to get rid of his/her problems.
Usually, Lord Vishnu is seen holding this Chakra in his hand. But in this temple it is said to be the chakra of Sri MahaLakshmi. Till date the complete details of this mystic yantra are not known and have been lost to the world.
